Alpha Gamma Rho Centennial Convention

Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity was formed in 1904 in Columbus, Ohio. From that beginning, over 58,000 men have been initiated into the brotherhood of Alpha Gamma Rho.

Many of our brothers have made significant impacts on the world we now live in -- Farmers, Scholars, Scientists, Political Leaders and Broadcasters have emerged from our ranks.

At the 2004 convention, in Columbus, Ohio, we will celebrate AGR’s 100^th birthday and recognize our “Brothers of the Century.”

A few highlights of the event include:

• Recognition of over 700 “Brothers of the Century.”

• Brother Orion Samuelson will make the keynote address to recognize “20^th Century Agriculture’s Greatest Americans.”

• Since AGR is about the future: Brother Lowell Catlett, an agricultural futurist, will challenge us to look toward agriculture’s role in the century ahead.

The AGR Centennial Celebration is August 15-18 at the Columbus Hilton hotel.

There will be social and business events plus tours of the city and much more.

This event promises to be the largest gathering of AGR members to date. It will be an experience of a lifetime for members and something you can’t afford to miss!
