AIRLINES

Frontier Airlines – Alpha Gamma Rho National Convention attendees are eligible to take a 10 percent discount. Discount may not be used or combined with any other air travel certificates or program discounts, and is only good August 12-19. Roundtrip purchase is required. Using Travel Agency – Attendees may also use a Travel Agency to reserve the Frontier discount. Simply provide the agency with Tour Code MC048F at the time of booking. DRIVING DIRECTIONS

DIA to Breckenridge – From Denver drive westbound on I-70 through the Eisenhower Tunnel. At Exit 203 you’ll take Colorado 9 south ten miles to Breckenridge. Driving time: Approximately 2 hours.

Colorado Springs to Breckenridge – Drive northwest on U.S. 24, then take Colorado 9 northbound to Breckenridge. Driving time: Approximately two and one-half hours.

 

AGR Express Motorcoach

AGR Express Motorcoach Service – An option to the Agricultural Tour and Roundtrip Transportation package, attendees with their own vehicles or rental cars (or choose not to take the agricultural tour) can take the AGR Express Motorcoach. Fee is $40 each way (Roundtrip $80).

Agriculture Tour Package  -- Arrive Saturday and take a deluxe motor coach tour with an overview of Colorado’s agricultural diversity (See Tours for details) plus roundtrip transportation to Breckenridge for just $95.  Agriculture tour only is $30.  Please refer to the Tours section for more information.

BEAVER RUN RESORT

Resort Registration – Registration at the Convention Resort, Beaver Run, is separate from Convention registration and is not handled by or included in Convention registration. Registrations can be made by calling Beaver Run Resort at 1-800-525-2253 and requesting the Alpha Gamma Rho group rate. Reservations must be received by July 13, 2006. Embassy Suites at Denver International Airport – This option is recommended for those who wish to stay in Denver for the Agriculture Tour on Friday or Saturday night, or to stay before or after convention in Denver.  Receive preferred rate of $84 at the Embassy Suites (DIA) for Friday or Saturday night before the Convention and/or Tuesday or Wednesday night afterwards at a discounted $129 rate. Call and ask for “Code AGR”. You receive deluxe Suite with a complimentary airport shuttle, free made-to-order breakfast and afternoon Cocktail Reception.
