To All Noble Rulers
Dear Brothers:
Attached, you will find the Election of Officers Report. Please complete the form and send it back to the Home Office before Christmas break. This report includes the email addresses, cell phone numbers and room phone numbers of all officers.
If your officers will be changing rooms and don’t know their new phone numbers yet, please send all the other information now. You may then update us by email with the room phone numbers when you are back to school in January. This way we will be able to send mail and email to the correct officers in January.
If you have already given us the names of the new officers, but have not given us the other needed information, please complete the enclosed form and return to us before leaving for Christmas break.
This year the Election of Officers Report from can be found on the AGR website www.agrs.org under the Undergraduates heading and in the Members Resource section.
Thank you to all the chapters who have already sent in all or at least part of the information. If you have already returned all the information to the Home Office, please disregard this notice.
