SUBJECT: Tracking Required Reports
Attached are two documents that are helpful in insuring that all required reports are submitted. The “Action Calendar” is a list of reports, the month they are due and who is responsible for submitting the report. The “Required Reports by Officer” is a list of reports/action items that each officer is responsible for including a description and a due date for each item.
These documents along with “Officer Transition Guide” (also attached) are especially helpful during the transition to new officers. This information gives the new officer a better understanding of his responsibilities.
