Futures Quest
Futures Quest is a weekend leadership institute designed to
give men new to the fraternity experience the opportunity to
explore what the fraternity is, determine what their role in
it can be, and develop the skills necessary to be successful
in their efforts. The institute includes workshops on leadership
issues but also includes High Ropes course elements and other
opportunities to challenge the participants. In addition to
large group workshops and activities, participants will be part
of small groups led by Mentors, recent UIFI graduates who serve
as peer leaders. Participants should have joined the fraternity
during 2003 (spring or fall) and do not need to have been initiated
in order to attend.
This year we will have two weekends of Futures Quest in West
Lafayette, Indiana. Both sessions will take place on the weekend
of January 9-11, 2004.
The cost per participant is $395. |
