2002 Grand President Award Winners
Alpha Gamma Rho is pleased to announce the 2002 winners of the Grand President’s Award for professional Achievement Winners. AGR presents this award to members under the age of 40 who have achieved outstanding success in their professional careers.

Timothy Minert - Nebraska
Timothy was awarded a bachelor’s degree in agriculture in 1985 from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. As an undergraduate, Timothy served as Vice Rush Chairman and served on Executive committees for Kappa. He has been an active member of the University of Arizona Alumni Chapter and took an active role in organization of the National AGR Convention held in in Phoenix in 1994. Timothy is currently a Financial Consultant for Wells Fargo Bank in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dave Anderson - Kansas State
Dave was awarded a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics in 1983 from Kansas State University and graduated cum laude. He holds an MBA with honors in marketing and finance from Indiana University.
Dave is currently the president and CEO of NeuVisionâ Group LLC, a marketing and business strategy firm based in St. Paul, MN. Dave is a member of the National Agri-Marketing Association, and is a past officer and guest lecturer with the Product Development Management Association.

David Rolf - Illinois
David was awarded a bachelor’s degree in agriculture in 1984 from the University of Illinois with High Honors. In 1987, he received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. As an undergraduate David served as President, Rush Chairman, Homecoming Chairman and Pledge Class President. He was actively involved with the Student Alumni Association and Agricultural Council. As an alumnus David just completed a second term on the Alpha Gamma Rho alumni board, beginning in 1995 as a board member and secretary. He served in the same capacity for Alpha Education Foundation during that period as well.
David is currently a partner in the 32 attorney law firm of Sorling, Northrup, Hanna, Cullen and Cochran, Ltd.

William Carriere - California - Davis
William was awarded a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and managerial economics in 1986 from the University of California -- Davis. As an undergraduate William served as an Assistant House Manager. Since graduating he has been very active as an alumnus. He was an adviser for AGR at California State University -- Chico from 1995 - 2000, and annually hosts an AGR Alumni breakfast at the Colusa Farm and Equipment Show. William is currently the president of Borges of California, which is a grower and processor of walnuts. He is also a managing partner in Carriere Brothers, Inc., and co-owner of simplyroses.com and simplynuts.com. n
