Matthew T. Barnes, 21, of Selmer, Tennessee was driving one of two vehicles involved in a wreck the occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m., on the morning of April 4, 2002. Barnes was a third-year agriculture business major and a member of a UT-Martin livestock judging team. Barnes was initiated into Alpha Gamma Rho in 1999 and served as Vice Noble Ruler - Finance last year.
